| Coal is the main component of China’s energy structure,and also the necessary industrial raw material in chemical production.In the government work report of 2015,it is pointed out that the clean and efficient utilization of coal needs to be strengthened urgently.With the increasing degree of automation of mining machinery and the deepening of mining depth,the content of coarse slime is constantly increasing,and the effective separation and utilization of coarse slime is becoming more and more important.In view of the problems exposed by the intelligent Coarse Slime Separator currently used in coal preparation plant,this paper puts forward a theoretical basis,studies the particle movement characteristics and flow field analysis in the intelligent coarse slime separator,and optimizes the structure of the intelligent Coarse Slime Separator Based on computational fluid dynamics and quadratic regression orthogonal method,aiming at optimizing the product structure,increasing the yield of washed coal and improving the performance of the intelligent coarse slime separator.Current economic benefits of coal mining enterprises.Firstly,through the summary and analysis of domestic and foreign research theories,combined with the existing problems in coal mine production,this paper puts forward the research direction and significance.This paper studies and analyses the current situation of the effective separation of coarse slime,studies and discusses the separation principle of intelligent coarse slime separator,and summarizes the problems in the practical application of intelligent Coarse Slime Separator in coal preparation plant.Secondly,the Fluent software is used to simulate the movement characteristics and separation characteristics of the slime particles in the intelligent coarse slime separator,to study the fluidization characteristics of the slime particles in the intelligent coarse slime separator,to analyze the internal flow field of the intelligent coarse slime separator,and to study and analyze the influence of upwelling flow on the separation results.Then,the structure of intelligent Coarse Slime Separator is changed in the form of variable diameter outer expansion in the middle section of the cylinder based on computational fluid dynamics,which involves three parameters,the insertion depth of the feeding pipe(1z),the angle of the variable diameter section(z2)and the length of the straight section of the separator(z3).The structure is optimized by quadratic regression orthogonal method.To determine the solution,the possible deviation value(Ep)is introduced to qualitatively analyze the sorting accuracy before and after optimization and determine the trend of sorting accuracy with the three structural parameters.The importance of the three parameters involved in the optimization of cylinder structure is analyzed by response surface method.Then the quadratic regression orthogonal equation is optimized to determine the optimal solution of the three parameters of cylinder structure(z1=489mm,z2=21°,z3=722mm).In order to test and verify the optimized separator.Finally,combined with the actual working environment and normal production arrangement of coal preparation plant,a comparative test was carried out for the intelligent Coarse Slime Separator after structural optimization.The product yield of the separator before and after optimization was analyzed to verify the improved separation effect,and the separation effect was evaluated and analyzed.After structural optimization,the possible deviation value(Ep)of the separator was reduced from 0.112 to 0.101.The quantity efficiency increased from 93.84%to94.91%.After optimization,the yield of clean coal increased by 0.66%,the yield of washed coal decreased by 4.21%,the yield of slime increased by 0.43%and the yield of gangue increased by3.12%.The sales revenue of raw coal increased by 5.89 yuan/ton,and 15.3856 million tons of raw coal were expected to be washed,while the total revenue increased by 90.621 million yuan.The results show that the structural optimization design of intelligent Coarse Slime Separator is reasonable and effective.There are 34 papers,16 tables and 65 references. |
