| Mine water seepage accident is one of the major mine disasters in coal mine production, which seriously threatens the safe production of coal mine enterprises. There are many reasons for the flooding accidents in the mining area, and the influencing factors are complex, with ambiguity and complexity. The prevention and control of coal mine water disasters are related to the safety of workers, the economic benefits of mines, the resources of mines and the environment, and the quality development of the entire coal industry. Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance for the prediction of mine water seepage accidents and safety management research.Based on theoretical guidance, this study uses empirical research methods to study the prediction of mine water inflow and safety management in H coal mines. This paper firstly explains the related meanings and concepts of mine water seepage accidents from the theoretical guidance level, including the main mechanism of water seepage accidents, the related concepts of water inflow and the theory of mine water permeability and the theory of accident tree analysis.Secondly, the investigation on the causes of mine water damage accidents on the basis of the above, the framework of the cause of water seepage accidents was established from the four perspectives of people, things, environment, and management. The accident tree of mine water damage accidents was established for each cause factor, and the water inflow amount of the main control factors of mine water damage accidents was obtained. The influencing factors of water quantity include geological factors, aquifer factors, lithologic combination factors, and mining conditions. Then BP neural network is used to construct the water inflow prediction model, and the weighted index of the influencing factors of the mine water inflow is obtained. Finally, the results of the accident tree analysis are combined. And BP neural network prediction results, from the four perspectives of human, material, environment, management, the safety management measures are proposed for the prevention and prediction of mine water damage accidents. This study uses a combination of quantitative and phasing methods to study the main factors of water seepage accidents from multiple angles.Based on this, the numerical value of water inflow is measured, which provides some theoretical support for effectively reducing or avoiding the occurrence of water seepage accidents. The research puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions for coal mine water seepage accidents, which can provide the reference for preventing and reducing the frequent occurrence of underground water seepage accidents. |
