Mine floor water inrush disaster is a serious threat to the safety of mine.The regulation of fault activation when mining,the active features of faults under solid-liquid coupling mode,and the fault failure rules under multi-field effect.However,in the process of fault formation,due to the anisotropy of rock mass itself and the internal.The existence of primary fissures in the tectonic movement often accompanied by minor faults in the vicinity of the faults.Such faults are not easily detectable because of the small covariance,which are difficult to be detected.However,due to the particularity of their location,the influence ability is weak and often activates before the main fault and even accelerates the activation of the main fault and the formation of the aqueduct.Therefore,the basic research on the mechanism of secondary faults activated water inrush on mine floor is carried out.In this paper,based on the full understanding of the research status at home and abroad,the theory of activation of the secondary fault,rock mechanics experiment,numerical simulation experiment,exploration,water inrush level prediction and control research are studied,and obtained the following research results:(1)Because of t special tectonic features,the secondary fault often expands and activates under the condition of mining,which brings great danger to the safe production of the working face.Under the condition of tectonic setting(the intersection of major and minor faults and the separation of two types),the stress characteristics of secondary faults and the activation critical pressure are calculated;(2)The Flac3D software is used to analyze the relationship between different secondary fault angles(-60°,0°,45°)and different distance of major and minor faults(1sm,30m).Five kinds of conditions are studied.The numerical simulation results show that the characteristics of water inrush from bottom floor,the degree of water inrush and the law of stress propagation are analyzed;(3)According to the uniaxial and triaxial experiments of brittle rock materials,the crack initiation location,growth rule and failure mode were analyzed in detail,and the characteristics of crack propagation under different working conditions were obtained;(4)Fuzzy matter-element theory is used to predict the water inrush level of the secondary fault floor,and a water inrush prediction model based on fuzzy matter-element floor is constructed,and put forward the corresponding water inrush water level management plan,and described the management plan in detail,which is conducive to ensuring the safe production of coal mine and releasing the coal resources. |
