In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,competition has become a challenge for enterprises to survival and develop.The strength of competitiveness has far-reaching impact on the survival,growth and development of enterprises.The early development of tobacco industry mainly relied on congenital monopoly industry advantages and huge market economy capacity.Nowadays,against the background of declining cigarettes sales in the industry,the slim cigarettes which produced by China Tobacco Jiangsu Industrial Company Limited are growing against the trend.This makes the slim cigarettes that were originally consumed by the minority become popular products.Many tobacco manufacturers have made great efforts to develop the slim cigarettes.With the improvement of product homogeneity,competition among enterprises has risen to a new level of brand competition.Therefore,it is imperative to study the branding competition of slim cigarettes,and it has important practical significance.Combining theory with practice,she summarizes the branding development of slim cigarettes at home and abroad.Taking China Tobacco Jiangsu Industrial Company Limited as the main research target.The development environment of the brand competitiveness of slim cigarettes produced in Jiangsu Province is analyzed with Porter's Five Forces Model,and based on DNA double-stranded model,the development ideas of the brand competitiveness of slim cigarettes produced in Jiangsu Province are analyzed.Finally,combining the theory of brand construction and brand marketing,aiming at the factors restricting the development of the brand competitiveness of slim cigarettes produced in Jiangsu Province,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the brand competitiveness of slim cigarettes produced in Jiangsu Province.Through the analysis,the slim cigarettes brand in Jiangsu Province upholds the concept of excellent production and management,has a relatively strong brand competitiveness and unique development ideas.But it also needs to further break through the limitations of traditional marketing model,combine with Internet thinking,and enhance brand market power.The company must continue to strengthen the sense of brand science and technology from the details,and enhance the brand innovation.While subdividing the market,it is important to strengthen the ability to combine with hot spots,speed up the research and development of new products and launch.And keeping pace with the times is a good way to improve the enterprise brand crisis awareness comprehensively.
