With the development of China's industry,the steel industry has flourished.Energy consumption in steel industry accounts for about 30% of steel cost.Especially the difference of technology,technology,industrial structure and energy management will lead to the difference of energy consumption.Especially,the level of energy management has a relatively large impact on energy consumption in iron and steel industry.This requires the iron and steel industry to pay attention to the energy management system in the process of operation and development,and improve the level of energy management.As an iron and steel industry,Xinxing Iron and Steel Company is also facing the situation of relatively high energy consumption.Xinxing Iron and Steel Company's relatively high energy consumption is due to the relatively backward energy management system and relatively low level of energy management.This is mainly manifested in the fact that the energy management system of Xinxing Iron and Steel Company can not achieve accurate energy calculation,real-time control and scheduling.The existing energy management model is not enough to systematically solve the practical problems of complex energy types,low utilization efficiency and low secondary energy recovery rate in iron and steel enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the energy management system of Xinxing Iron and Steel Company.This paper mainly includes the following aspects in the research.First,energy system management needs analysis.On the one hand,this chapter introduces the current situation of Xinxing Iron and Steel Company's energy management system from the aspects of steam system,gas system and gas system,and puts forward relevant problems according to the current situation.These two aspects of analysis and research together constitute the actual demand analysis of energy system design.On the other hand,the functional requirements of Xinxing Iron and Steel Company are analyzed.Generally speaking,this chapter aims to provide a basis for the optimization design of energy management system in the following chapters by analyzing the demand of energy management system.Secondly,the energy management system is designed effectively.On the one hand,this chapter designs the function sharing of energy management system in detail,and matches the corresponding equipment;on the other hand,this chapter discusses the real-time monitoring system and system functions in detail.Finally,the energy management system designed by Xinxing Iron and Steel Company is debugged and tested.In this paper,the main conclusions are as follows: Firstly,based on the analysis of the system requirements of Xinxing Iron and Steel Company's energy management system,a relatively complete system of energy management system operation architecture is constructed.The only way to optimize the design and implementation of energy management system is to obtain field and systematic research through research.Secondly,the optimal design of energy management system realizes information sharing and the overall planning of each development module.Among them,the application of information technology and database technology is an important part of the optimization of energy management system.Finally,the integration of software engineering into the design of energy management system is intuitive and efficient.In the design of energy management system,we need to incorporate the idea of software engineering,and constantly improve the efficiency of industrial production.
