With Chinese rapid economic development,it is not negligible that China is the world’s largest energy consumer,and the process of economic growth is accompanied by an imbalance between environmental destruction and social structural development.Since the concept of sustainable development in 1972,the coordinated development of economy,environment and society has always been a topic of human concern.Under the basic situation of China’s energy structure coal use of 70%,it promotes coordinated economic development,environmental improvement,and high quality development of society is particularly important.This paper evaluates and analyzes the construction of enterprise energy management system under the background of sustainable development theory,and explores the benefits brought by enterprises to build energy management system for economic,environmental and social sustainable development.On the basis of combing the research status of sustainable development theory and energy management system,the paper analyzes the relationship between enterprise energy management system construction and sustainable development through three sections: economic,environmental and social sustainable development;At the first time,through a large number of literature statistics,the general evaluation index pool of energy management is established,and then the relationship between the energy management system and sustainable development is combined,and the indicators in the evaluation index pool are carried out according to the three criteria of economic,environmental and social sustainable development.Mapping classification,from which the general indicators of economic,environmental and social sustainable development evaluation after the establishment of enterprise energy management system are obtained.A petrochemical gas company was selected as a research case,and based onthe general indicators of economic,environmental and social sustainable development evaluation,the energy management system evaluation index was adjusted according to the current situation of the company.Use the ANP method to determine the weight of the evaluation indicators,and establish a model of economic,environmental,and social sustainable development synergy,analyze the degree of synergy between the enterprise’s economic,environmental,and social sustainable development after the establishment of the energy management system,and propose to promote the economy and the environment.Relevant policy recommendations for sustainable social development.The final result is divided into the following points:1.Comparing the sustainable development order of the three subsystems of economic,environmental and social before and after the establishment of the energy management system,the results show that the orderliness of the three subsystems are improved to different degrees,indicating that the construction of the energy management system can promote the economy.The three subsystems of environment and society are developing in a sustainable and orderly manner.2.The economic sustainable development subsystem is still under the influence of the energy management system,and the order of degree is still improved.This is because economic development is the primary consideration for enterprises.After the establishment of the energy management system,the order of economic sustainable development is slower.This is because the capital management system needs capital investment in the initial stage of construction,so the initial stage of economic sustainable development subsystems compared with other sub-systems.3.The trend of orderly economic sustainable development has always had a rapid development trend compared with other sub-systems.Therefore,from the perspective of long-term sustainability,the construction of energy management system is more conducive to sustainable economic development.4.The two subsystems have mutual promotion,and the synergy degree of economic,environmental and social sustainable development is greatly improved for large systems,and the improvement trend is highly consistent with the synergy degree of the two systems,indicating that the enterprise energy management system can be constructed.Continuous synergistic development has a promoting effect,and it shows that the interaction between individual subsystems can not be ignored,and the synergistic effect of interaction between multiple subsystems is more conducive to the coordinated development of large systems. |
