With the vigorous development of machinery enterprises in recent years,safety accidents caused by machinery also happen frequently.The possibility of danger in machinery industry is high and the consequences are serious.Therefore,how to reduce the number of mechanical accidents,ensure the safety of operators and equipment and facilities intact,has become an issue of concern.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and analyze the safety hazards and conduct reasonable and effective safety evaluation in the operation process or technological process.machinery industry and carry out reasonable and effective safety evaluationIn this paper,the main influencing factors in the project construction are determined by the identification and analysis of the danger and harmful factors of the expansion area of the sanitation equipment of XCMG Co.,Ltd.The evaluation unit is divided,and the general layout,the construction and the fire control and the production process are emphasized.The four units of public works and special equipment and safety management adopt different safety evaluation methods to carry out the evaluation.According to the evaluation result and the risk level,the corresponding preventive measures are set up,which can be found and controlled in advance.Five methods,such as preliminary hazard analysis,risk matrix analysis,fault tree analysis,simulation analysis of accident consequences are used to analyze the risk degree of the evaluation unit divided into extended areas.First,the safety inspection table method is used to evaluate the general layout of the expansion area,the construction of buildings and fire fighting,production technology,public works and special equipment and safety management,second,the pre-risk analysis method and risk matrix method are used to evaluate the production process,public works and special equipment units,and the safety inspection table method is used to evaluate the production process,public works and special equipment units,and the safety inspection table method is used to evaluate the production process,public works and special equipment units.Third,the accident tree analysis method is used to evaluate the crane,and the overpressure explosion accident consequence simulation analysis method is used to evaluate the gas storage tank,oxygen and acetylene cylinders.The evaluation results show that the evaluation units in the expansion area of sanitation equipment of Xugong follow-up Co.,Ltd meet the requirements of safety in production,and the overall risk degree of the expansion area is determined to be low risk by the method of risk grade division of machinery factory.Finally,the safety measures and suggestions are put forward for the project design and operation of XCMG environmental protection equipment expansion area.This paper has important theoretical significance and practical application value to ensure the safety production of mechanical enterprises.
