Research And Optimization Design Of Automatic Control System For Mine Water Treatment Plant

Mine water treatment is an important part of coal production,with the expansion of coal mining scale,the amount of mine water treatment is increasing day by day,and along with the country to the environmental protection request attention and the promotion,mine water treatment and production technology has been continuously upgraded,and the supervision and regulation of the production process has generated stricter requirements.Based on the actual project of mine water treatment plant in feitian coal mine,this paper carried out the research on mine water treatment technology and process control of mine water treatment plant,and completed the automatic control system design of mine water treatment plant and optimization design of some engineering links.Following the principle of "technology must be advanced,practical and easy to maintain",this paper summarizes the automatic control system of mine water,and designs the software and hardware in the electronic control system.The whole system is mainly composed of PLC,upper computer,and on-site intelligent monitoring instrument,etc.,to complete the real-time monitoring and setting of system status and parameters,report generation,fault alarm and other functions.This system focuses on the optimization design of automatic dosing control,the key control algorithm adopts fuzzy control algorithm,simulation research with the aid of MATLAB,after simulation debugging,the system has strong robustness and good anti-interference performance.Project implementation to improve the modernization of the mine water treatment technology level and management level,reduce labor intensity,the treated water quality accords with the coal industrial pollutant discharge standard"(GB20426-2006),the Fe content" guizhou province environmental pollutants discharge standard "(DB52/864-2013),after treatment of mine water as production water instead of water source well,realize the centralized management,decentralized control,resource sharing,so as to save water,water recycling,reduce sewage effluent,in the aspect of the construction of the mine water treatment plant has certain promotion and reference value.There are 58 figures,8 tables and 80 references in this paper.
