In order to solve the problems of large deformation of surrounding rock and difficult support in deep dynamic pressure tunnel.The deep level of Pang mine in the easpaper The rail tunnel in mining area 11 is the research object.By using many research methods sut of this ch as field investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation analysis and industrial test,the paper studies the distribution law of surrounding rock stress,the distribution situation of front bearing stress and the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock during the excavation and the influence of mining,and determines the reasonable width of protective coal pillar.This paper puts forward the joint control technology of "hydraulic cutting pressure relief + grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock" in 11 mining area track roadway,and determines the main parameters of grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock of the roadway(slurry type and water cement ratio,grouting pressure,grouting hole depth)and hydraulic cutting pressure relief parameters of working face.The research results were successfully applied in the field and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Through FLAC3 D numerical simulation,the law of stress and deformation of surrounding rock in 11 mining area under the different width of protective coal pillar is obtained.Finally,the width of protective coal pillar in 11 mining area is determined to be 60 m.At this time,the influence of the working face’s leading support stress on the surrounding rock stress of the roadway is small,and the deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway is within the controllable range.(2)This paper analyzes the influence of different roof cutting methods on the deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway,constructs a mechanical model to explain the mechanism of roof breaking and roof cutting pressure relief,and uses numerical simulation analysis to determine the location and parameters of hydraulic fracturing in the working face.(3)This paper analyzes the control effect of grouting reinforcement on the mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock and the surrounding rock of the roadway,determines the main parameters of the grouting reinforcement of the surrounding rock of the roadway through the combination of field investigation and theoretical calculation,compares and analyzes the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway with different support schemes in the 11 mining area,and determines the reasonable bolt(cable)support parameters of the roadway.(4)The industrial test is carried out on the combined technical scheme of "roof cutting and pressure relief + grouting reinforcement".The field monitoring results show that the combined support technical scheme effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and improves the stability of the surrounding rock.This paper includes 70 graphs,9 tables and 92 references. |
