Grouting reinforcement technology is a widely used in mining,railway,water conservancy,civil engineering and other fields of practical engineering technology.With the development of grouting technology and grouting materials,grouting technology is adopted by a large number of projects,but the development of grouting theory is still far behind the application.Based on the Hancheng mining company,a subsidiary of coal mine 3# coal seam in the middle and lower Xiayukou Coal Mine 1308,Sangshu Ping No.2 well 1305 work faced by mining roadway supporting pressure of loose broken weak top coal support and carry out grouting reinforcement in soft and thick coal seam related technology research.This paper mainly studies the ideal spherical diffusion Newton fluid grouting medium hypothesis premise and columnar diffusion of Maag under the conditions of permeation grouting theory based on improved Maag formula for pressure head relation and the permeability coefficient of slurry;based on the elastic-plastic theory analysis of fracture grouting mechanism of rock fracture;analysis of rock grouting reinforcement mechanism and note by the medium of coal characteristics and groutability;through indoor test,performance of slurry material was determined,the selection of grouting materials,the basic formula of grouting materials were determined;the ground grouting simulation test,the design of ground simulation device and Grouting grouting scheme,optimizing the grouting process and grouting pipe forming the basic of grouting technology in underground drilling;test,verify the underground grouting scheme,developed for high pressure grouting sealing sealing technology,By observing the grouting in the coal body in the consolidation of the phenomenon of slurry flow,confirms the rock mass fracture splitting grouting mechanism;developed a strong practical grouting reinforcement soft broken seam technology.Based on the above research results,the industrial application of the field is carried out,and the top coal of the mining gateway is strengthened,and the task of the working face is formed on schedule.Avoid a large number of temporary support protection,avoid the top coal roof falls,side help,etc.,the technology improve the safety status of the mine roadway,the probability of safety accidents get effectively reduce and improves the cutting hole coal mining,has certain social and economic benefits.
