| The prosperous Tang Dynasty was the most prosperous period of the development of feudal society in China.During this period,not only economic and cultural aspects developed rapidly,but also the development of textile and clothing industry reached a new height.At this time,clothing has become the object inherited by successive dynasties,and it is an indispensable part of our traditional clothing culture.Among them,women’s court dresses in the flourishing Tang Dynasty are the most representative.Women’s court dresses in the flourishing Tang Dynasty have the characteristics of weeding out the old and bringing forth the new,combining the Chinese and Western,and incorporating both.Therefore,women’s court dresses in the flourishing Tang Dynasty are more aesthetic and popular than before.Its main fashion style is sexy elegant,exquisite and beautiful.Among them,many clothing styles,shapes,crafts and so on have become handed down classics,which deserve to be studied in depth.Modern Chinese wedding dresses have a variety of styles.Like the court dresses of the flourishing Tang Dynasty,they have the characteristics of integration of Chinese and Western.Since the 1911 Revolution,due to the overthrow of the feudal system of two thousand years,Chinese traditional wedding dress began to appear the phenomenon of Chinese and Western integration,and gradually developed to the present state of universal westernization.Many characteristics of wedding dress,such as elegance and gorgeousness,are similar to those of court dress in the flourishing Tang Dynasty.Inheritance of tradition is the only way to bring forth new ideas.The design of wedding dresses suitable for the combination of Chinese tradition and modernity has a high reference value for women’s court dresses in the flourishing Tang Dynasty.On the basis of reading a lot of documents and collecting pictures,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the court dress system and characteristics in the flourishing Tang Dynasty and compares the contemporary Chinese wedding dress,so as to provide valuable reference for how to better inherit and develop the traditional Chinese dress in the contemporary Chinese wedding dress design.This is the focus of this paper.When designing wedding dresses with Chinese national characteristics,contemporary designers must have a deep understanding of Chinesetraditional dress culture and give new life to traditional wedding dresses.Finally,this paper simulates how to inherit and develop the modern Chinese wedding dress better,compares the design results with the previous analysis,and puts forward an effective way to inherit the traditional Chinese dress in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. |
