Study On The Relationship Between Ecological Footprint And Economic Development In Hebei Province Based On Panel Model

The long-term extensive growth mode consumes a lot of biological resources and fossil fuels to a certain extent.In this context,it is very inportant to pay attention to ecological consumption and resource suppiy,measure the coordination of economic development and environmental protection scientifically,and put forward countermeasures topromote the coordinated development.Select the relevant data of biological resources,fossil fuel resources and socio-economic level in Hebei Province from 2007 to 2016 Through the calculation model of ecological footprint of six kinds of ecological resources and land production,and through the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,the ecological carrying capacity and its change trend of each city are calculated.Secondly,using panel data model,combined with the ecological footprint and economic development of eleven cities in Hebei Province,the per capita GDP is selected As an indicator of economic growth,per capita ecological footprintThe research shows that the comprehensive ecological footprint of Hebei Province is in the rising stage,but all of them are in the state of ecological deficit,there is a long-term stable relationship between economic growth and the ecological footprint of six types of ecological productive land,forest,water,fossil fuel,construction land and other ecological resources play a positive role in promoting economic growth,and grassland ecological footprint plays a positive role in promoting economic growth.Finally,combined with the empirical results and resource status of economic growth of cities in Hebei Province,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality of economic growth through talent exchange channels.Make population growth adapt to the ecological carrying capacity and economic development,give full play to the role of agricultural production in promoting economic growth,promoting energy and scientific and technological progress Innovate,improve energy efficiency,focus on regional common development,strengthen resource management,resource allocation,countermeasures and suggestions.
