Abstract/Summary:
Getting inspiration from the nature,through nanotechnology and chemical synthesis method,changing the size of material and their interactions,bionic technology enables the traditional materials have different properties.Bionic technology can get the same destination,but is better than natural products.Compared with natural products,bionic materials have the advantage of high catalytic activity,biocompatibility,and high stability.Thus it can be used to have novel sensitive components,which provides new ideas for researchers to construct high selective,stable,sensitive,and more humanized electrochemical biosensors.Through a quantity of paper reading,the paper is aimed at using bionic technology to realize biosensing application,and it was mainly discussed the utilization of biomimetic enzyme in the field of non-enzyme electrochemical biosensor for the non-invasive glucose detection,and the construction of novel tactile sensor and its application of bionic finger.The details including:Firstly,through electrochemical method,combining ceria nanoparticles and gold nanoparticles,a new kind of electron-transfer catalysis system was constructed.Among them,the ceria was acted as convey of gold nanoparticles,and functionalized for the electron-transfer,which can be used as biomimetic enzyme for glucose oxidase mimicry to realize non-enzyme glucose sensing through electrochemical workstation.It has a decent sensitivity and a low detection limit,which has the potential application in human glucose monitoring.The graphene was attached on the polyurethane(PU)foam sponge through reduction of graphene oxide by NaBH4,and then it was dipped in the solution of silver nanowire to enable its attachment,and resulting its high conductivity,to fabricate pressure sensor.At last,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)bionic finger shell was synthesized in the mode.The tactile sensor was assembled in it to get bionic finger.It was shown that the obtained bionic finger can create different response towards different pressure,which showed good responsibility to the outside touch,and has the potential application in the fields of artificial intelligence,human-computer interaction,and intelligent robot.
