During the production process of mechanical production wells,the original production plan or equipment type of the well is no longer matched with the production condition of the well due to the change of reservior conditions(reservoir pressure,fluid production index,water cut,etc.)and the performance of downhole equipment.To solve this problem,the research of economic production potential evaluation and optimization decision-making of mechanical production wells is carried out.The discrimination model of real-time monitoring data is established through the historical development rule of data,the estimation of numerical interval,the logical relationship between data and the formation mechanism of indicator diagram.The real-time prediction method and correction model of dynamic liquid level in mechanical production well are studied.The technical and economic indexes of mechanical wells and the theoretical model and method of optimal design are studied to realize the optimal design of production in mechanized production wells.This paper studed the system efficiency macro control chart and statistical analysis method of system efficiency of mechanical production wells,to realize the qualitative analysis of oil well potential,and based on the optimization designs of production of mechanical production wells and its technical and economic indexs,to optimize the evaluation indexs of oil well potential,and to establish the decision-making principle based on the evaluation index of potential,and established a comprehensive method of economic production potential evaluation and optimization decision-making of mechanical production wells.At the same time,the software named " Economic Production Potential Evaluation and Optimized Decision-Making of Mechanical Production Wells System" is compiled.The results of calculation analysis and application shows that the model and method studied are reasonable and practical.Through the application of oil wells indicator diagrams discrimination of 180 wells in the field,14 wells have abnormal indicator diagrams,and the retest indicator diagrams proves that the discrimination result is accurate and the coincidence rate is 100 %,which can provide real and accurate basic data for subsequent relevant research and calculation.The average relative error of the calculation of dynamic liquid level of 60 pumping wells is 12.67 %,20 screw wells’ is 14.55 % and 22 electric pump wells’ is 10.41 %.The economic production potential evaluation and optimized decision-making of 63 mechanical production wells(53 pumping wells and 10 screw pump wells)in the production management area of one oilfield were carried out by using the software,the results showed that there are 14 wells(9 pumping wells,5 screw wells)of X1-11P515、X1-12N511、X1-12-209,etc have good potential,and should take optimization measures,and the optimized results shows that the average system efficiency is increased form 20.07% to 35.65%,and the system efficiency increasing potencial is 77.63%;the input power is reduced from 5.71 kw to 4.76 kw,and the energy saving rate is 16.63 %;the cost of fuel consumption per ton was reduced from 60.39 yuan to 50.35 yuan,and the rate of reduction of fuel consumption per ton is 16.63%;the daily operation power consumption cost is reduced from 108.71 yuan to 90.63 yuan,and the daily operation power consumption cost reduction rate is 16.63%.These research results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for oil wells potential analysis and optimization decision-making in the field,and improve the efficiency and benefit of oil fields.
