Anti-Aging Efficacy And Safety Of Three Kinds Of Chinese Essential Oils

1.In order to explore the anti-aging effects of three Chinese native aromatic oils of jasmine,sweet-scented osmanthus and gardenia,this paper analyzes the components of these three essential oils and evaluates their anti-aging efficacy and safety.Excavate the economic value of three Chinese aromatic plant resources.2.In vitro experiments:Determination of anti-aging properties of three essential oils by DPPH free radicals,hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion radicals,ABTS free radical scavenging test and in vitro non-enzymatic glycosylation test,by gas chromatograpHy mass spectrometry（GC-MS）analysis compares the main chemical constituents of three plant essential oils.The results showed that the three essential oils showed different degrees of anti-aging effects in vitro,and had a good effect,and there were significant differences among different essential oils（p<0.05）.According to the average value of the in vitro experiments,the anti-aging effects of the three essential oils were:Gardenia jasminoides essential oil（52.57%）>Jasminum sambac essential oil（46.29%）>Osmanthus fragrans essential oil（44.36%）;GC-MS analysis showed that all three essential oils contained more linalool,and its anti-aging effect was further evaluated in the next cell experiment.3.Cell experiment:In the safe concentration range of cell experiments,the HaCaT cell senescence model was established by using 500μmol/L H₂O₂ culture solution,and the change of ROS content,mitochondrial membrane potential change value was detected.The anti-aging effect of linalool showed that the three essential oils showed different degrees of anti-aging effects in the cell test,and had a good effect relationship.There was a significant difference between different essential oils（p<0.05）..Based on the average of three cell aging indicators,the anti-aging effect at the cellular level is:Gardenia jasminoides essential oil（654.27）>Osmanthus fragrans essential oil（545.79）>Jasminum sambac essential oil（522.41）;linalool has higher resistance in cell experiments.Aging performance,and more powerful than six essential oils.4.Safety test:It is determined by acute skin irritation test,acute eye irritation test,multiple skin irritation test,acute oral toxicity test that the three essential oils are non-irritating at 50%concentration,and the stimulation of three essential oils The strength is:Jasminum sambac essential oil>Gardenia jasminoides essential oil>Osmanthus fragrans essential oil;through the human skin patch test,it is found that the safe concentration of jasmine essential oil and gardenia essential oil is below7%,and the safe concentration of osmanthus essential oil is below 10%.
