Research On The Selection Of Coal Suppliers Of China Coal Industry Qinhuangdao Imp.& Exp.Co.,Ltd.

Coal is one of the most important energy sources in China.It is a very important raw material in the power generation,steel and cement industry,and has a tremendous impact on the national economy.In recent years,the coal market has changed due to the influence of relevant national policies and economic environment.With the increasing attention paid by the state to environmental protection,customers’ requirements for coal quality and supply chain services have gradually increased.Some enterprises’ own coal resources have been unable to meet the needs of customers,only through the procurement of external coal resources to achieve resource reengineering.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable supplier selection mechanism can not only help enterprises to carry out the procurement of external coal resources,but also improve the efficiency and quality of supply chain services.This paper takes China National Coal Industry Qinhuangdao Imp.& Exp.Co.,Ltd.,a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Coal Group Corp.,a state-owned coal enterprise,as the research object,and combines the relevant theories of supply chain management,supplier management,supplier evaluation and supplier selection.According to the current situation of the coal supplier selection mechanism of the company,the existing supplier access system of the company is improved.Transportation capacity,production capacity,quality control capacity,reputation and risk have established a supplier evaluation index system including 12 specific indicators,the weights of each indicator have been determined by AHP,the supplier classification management system and supplier dynamic management system have been established,and finally a new coal supplier selection mechanism has been established,and a new mechanism has been proposed.The coal supplier selection mechanism constructed in this paper not only provides a basis for coal trading enterprises to carry out external coal resource procurement,but also provides a reference for coal supplier selection of supply chain management service enterprises.
