The Research Of Design And Implementation Of ERP Systemfor Kailuan Group Materials Branch

Kailuan group materials branch as the materials purchase center of Kailuan(Group)Limited Liability Corporation,has shouldered the work of materials supply for main mines and assistant units on the ground.With the constantly conversion of market circumstances and the constantly rise of business volume in recent years,the existing materials management system dosn't satisfy the need of development of corporation.So one unified,centralized,normative,integrated,collaborative materials ERP management system should be established to support the operation of complicated materials management business system currently.This study,using the design and implementation of ERP system in Kailuan group materials branch as the object in this study to analyze the current informatization situation and necessity of implementing ERP system in materials branch,provides the design scheme of ERP system and safeguard measure for implementation.Firstly,this study has expounded the background and significance.Research status of ERP information management system at home and abroad and content and method of this study are expounded later.And then basic theories,including information management theory,ERP and supply chain management theory and ERP project implementation steps,are introduced.All these theories lay the foundation of theory for design scheme of ERP system in Kailuan group materials branch at the following study.Secondly,current informatization situation and business requirement of Kailuan group materials branch are analyzed.On the foundation of introducing the functional orientation and organizational structure of materials branch,the study has analyzed informatization situation and necessity of using ERP system,and has researched the main business process and functional requirement to materials branch.Thirdly,the study provides ERP project design scheme for Kailuan group materials branch,which includes project design objective,overall planning and function module design.Function module design contains basic management,purchasing management,inventory management,inventory accounting,sales management,account receivable and account payable management,and managementof bidding and tendering.Finally,the study provides the safeguard measure and desired effect of using ERP system for Kailuan branch.The result of this study could give some enlightenment and reference for other related corporations to improve the level of materials informatization management.
