After qualitative analysis of land use change in Fujian Province, this paper obtains the total carbon emissions, total carbon absorption and net carbon emissions of different land use types.Using LMDI model of extended KAYA identity, this paper empirically demonstrates the correlation effects among land use deconstruction, energy consumption and economic development level, population size and carbon emissions in Fujian Province, which affects the total carbon emissions. The factors are deconstructed and analyzed. Finally, the revised Grey-Markov model is utilized to forecast the carbon emissions from land use in 2018-2022,and the overall development trend is analyzed. The results show that:(1)Fujian Province's land use carbon emissions and carbon absorption capacity are not the same from 2016 to 2017.On the contrary, the net carbon emissions show in the same positive and negative phenomena. The top three cities of total carbon emissions are Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Sanming. As the top three cities of economic development level,Xiamen performs well in net carbon emissions. The cities with distinct districts and cities are Fuzhou,Quanzhou,Sanming,Zhangzhou,Ningde and Longyan in order of their contribution to the province's carbon emissions. In Xiamen,Putian and Nanping, the total carbon emissions of inland areas(Nanping,Sanming and Longyan)accounted for 36.46% of the total carbon emissions of the entire province on average.Total carbon emissions of coastal areas(Ningde,Fuzhou,Putian,Quanzhou,Xiamen and Zhangzhou)accounted for 63.71%.(2)During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, the carbon emissions of land use in Fujian Province ranged year by year.In the trend of growth, the order of influence degree of each factor is the intensity effect of land emission per unit, level effect of economic development, population scale effect, energy use efficiency effect, energy structure effect.During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period, land carbon emission is unstable and the development changes greatly. The impact effect is basically consistent with that of the previous stage: intensity effect of land emission per unit, level effect of economic development.Population effect > energy structure effect > energy use efficiency effect.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period, carbon emissions generally declined.Economic development effect became the first effect, while other factors had the same effect as the preceding stage: economic development effect > carbon emission effect per unit of land, population effect > energy structure effect > energy use efficiency effect. Finally, according to the results of the study, some reasonable suggestions are put forward:(1)Strengthening the regional distribution of regional development, coordinating and coordinating development.(2)Adjusting land use structure, reducing carbon sources and enhancing carbon sinks.(3)Increasing carbon emissions trading volume, deepening the main capacity building of the market.(4)Establishing and improving laws and regulations to strictly control land use.
