Study On The Influence Of Coal Industry On The Conversion Of Driving Force In Inner Mongolia

With the miracle of China's economic growth,Inner Mongolia has maintained a high-speed growth for 10 years.In 2017,the GDP growth rate of Inner Mongolia was lower than the national level for the first time..Coal is China's largest energy source,and it is also the largest energy source in Inner Mongolia.From the perspective of energy structure and energy consumption,coal's first energy status will not change.The development of the coal industry will have a significant impact on the conversion of driving force in Inner Mongolia.This paper analyzes the economic development of Inner Mongolia from the perspective of driving force,defines and evaluates the driving force of Inner Mongolia from the perspective of production factors,industrial structure and supply-demand relationship,and holds that the coal industry has a negative impact on the conversion of driving force by occupying the development space of the tertiary industry through the "crowding out effect".First from the perspective of factors of production,based on Solow residual value modeling,the total factor productivity(TFP)growth rate of Inner Mongolia was measured.It was found that the conversion of driving force in Inner Mongolia began in 2014,and the growth rate of TFP in Inner Mongolia began to rise steadily in 2014;The proportion of the output value of the coal industry above designated size is used as an indicator of the coal industry.Co-integration and impulse response analysis is performed on the growth rate of TFP and the proportion of the output value of the coal industry above designated size.It is found that the coal industry has a negative correlation with the conversion of old and new kinetic energy in Inner Mongolia.According to the status quo analysis and empirical results,it proposes feasible ways to realize the conversion of driving force in Inner Mongolia,such as promoting the upgrading of the coal industry,reducing dependence on the coal industry,and improving the incentive mechanism for the conversion of driving force in Inner Mongolia.
