Thoughts On Establishing Ecological Compensation System For E-commerce Enterprises In China

With the rapid economic development,the deterioration of the ecological environment has restricted the sustainable and healthy development of our economy,and China has begun to pay more attention to the protection and restoration of the ecological environment.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards building a beautiful China as a major goal of building a strong socialist modernized country,and has promoted the construction of ecological civilization and ecological environmental protection to an unprecedented strategic height.Over the past two decades,with the continuous development of China's ecological compensation practice,various localities have adapted to local conditions,and a variety of innovative innovations have been achieved.At present,China's ecological compensation is gradually shifting from "government-led" to "marketization and diversification.",The key period from " transfusion " to " hematopoiesis ".In the past,ecological compensation practices were mostly based on large-scale projects or regional ecological compensation such as watersheds and grasslands.In recent years,large amounts of investment in ecological compensation have increased the pressure on government financial funds.While exploring the market-oriented and diversified ecological compensation model,some scholars in China have begun to attach importance to the ecological compensation responsibility of enterprises.The enterprise is the main body of the market and the biggest beneficiary of a market-oriented economy.In the production activities of the enterprise,it will inevitably affect the ecological environment and should therefore bear the responsibility of ecological protection.However,at present,there are few laws,regulations and documents that determine the environmental protection responsibilities of enterprises in China,and among the few existing laws and regulations,more restrict enterprises that directly emit pollutants to the environment and pollute more seriously.However,with the development of science and technology and the economy,there are still some companies that have caused some impact on the ecological environment,but their ecological protection responsibilities have not been clearly defined.At present,the academic circles in China have notdiscussed much about the ecological compensation responsibility of enterprises,and their awareness of ecological compensation is generally weak.Therefore,it is urgent to introduce related policies and regulations to restrict the implementation of ecological protection responsibilities of Chinese enterprises.In recent years,China's e-commerce enterprises have developed rapidly,and the pollution problems that have followed have become increasingly serious.Moreover,e-commerce enterprises have large scale,wide scope,complex industrial chains,difficult centralized management,close connections with consumers,and pollution problems.Features such as continuous increase.With China's emphasis on ecological protection,consumers' environmental protection requirements for e-commerce companies are increasing,and environmental protection organizations have begun to put pressure on e-commerce companies.At present,some e-commerce enterprises in China have begun to attach importance to the ecological compensation of e-commerce enterprises,and gradually realized that the deterioration of the environment will also become a factor hindering the development of e-commerce enterprises,and began to explore new ecological compensation models suitable for e-commerce enterprises.China should take this opportunity to draw on the existing ecological compensation practice experience of e-commerce enterprises,and introduce special laws and regulations on ecological compensation for e-commerce enterprises according to their industry characteristics.This article selects some ecological compensation cases of e-commerce enterprises,summarizes their practical experience,and makes suggestions for improving the ecological compensation system of China's e-commerce enterprises on the basis of analyzing the plight of the implementation of the ecological compensation system of China's e-commerce enterprises.
