The dissertation takes the establishment of the performance appraisal system of electronic new material enterprises as the theme.For the research of these enterprises,the first main reason is that electronic new material enterprises occupy a more important position in the economy of China's industrial field;the second is as the development of the industry,the proportion of the employed population is large part in the total employment population,which has a great impact on nationals' living standard.Consequently,it is of great significance to research the electronic new material companies' establishment of performance appraisal system.This paper takes Company L as the research object,through online questionnaire and offline field interviews,to understand the basic situation and organizational structure of the company,and analyze the existing performance evaluation system,and find the main risks and problems of the current system.Based on the discussion of relevant issues with the management,employees and intermediaries,the development strategy of Company L is decomposed into four dimensions of balanced scorecard by using the analytic hierarchy process,and formulate 18 secondary evaluation indexes.Through the expert scoring method,the weight of each dimension of indicators is calculated and allocated,and the weight of each indicator is arranged in order.At the same time,strategies are formulated for the selection of target value and evaluation cycle of indicators,and the score of the newly designed evaluation system and the old system are analyzed.Finally,in order to help the smooth operation of the new system,a series of feasible implementation measures are designed.Through the above of how to establish a new performance appraisal system for the target,we can improve problems of the disconnection between the performance indicators and the company's strategic objectives,and also give some reference value to other similar enterprises in the same industry.
