Researchon Urbanindustrial Green Development Path In Ethnic Areas

With the rapid development of modern industry,China's total economic output has increased rapidly and the living standard of its people has been improving day by day.At the same time,it has also brought with it problems such as increasingly serious environmental damage and increasing waste of resources,green Development of industry is one of the ways to solve the problems of industrial development and environmental protection.At the same time,Inner Mongolia should build an ecological barrier in the north of China,and objectively further promote the green development of Baotou's industry.Baotou is the Inner Mongolia Industrial City and the first city to develop industry in the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China period.Nowadays,Baotou is facing some problems in its industrial development due to its over-dependence on traditional industries,low level of science and technology,fragile ecological environment in ethnic areas,and the enhancement of ecological civilization construction,the emphasis on the ecological environment in ethnic areas has forced the transformation of traditional industries in Baotou.At this stage,China's promotion of Green Development has provided new ideas for Baotou's industrial development.In order to better develop the industry in the minority areas,the green development of industry has become an inevitable trend under the new situation.This article starts with the path of Baotou's industrial green development,finds out the existing problems and causes of Baotou's industrial green development,and puts forward pertinent suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part,before the analysis of this paper,the author discusses what is the urban industry,Green Development and industrial green development in ethnic areas,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis,which lays a foundation for the analysis of this paper.The second part introduces the history and currentadvantages of Baotou's industrial development,paving the way for Baotou's industry to take the road of green development and make full use of its greatest advantages.The third part,through the inquiry information and the present situation analysis,it is further clarified that Baotou relies on traditional industry,the ecological supervision system is not sound,the industrial layout is unreasonable,the R & D investment is insufficient,and the government propaganda is not in place to restrict Baotou's industrial green development.The fourth part analyzes the causes of these problems according to Baotou's own situation.The fifth part focuses on the restrictive factors of Baotou's industrial green development,including the government's ideology,the ecological supervision system,the construction of green industrial parks,the investment in scientific research,and the mechanism of ecological publicity and education,proposed Green Industrial Development in Baotou.
