As one of the key equipments for oil drilling,the pumping unit is the most important lifting device in the rod pumping system.Most of the existing oilfield oil extraction equipment in China is a beam pumping unit.It has the advantages of easy manufacturing,simple structure,convenient maintenance,and safety and reliability.But at the same time,it also has the disadvantages of large energy consumption and large floor space.The cost of oil production has increased.It is necessary to develop pumping units with low energy consumption and long life.This paper analyzes the working principle of two typical traditional hydraulic pumping units and sums up the advantages and disadvantages of each program.This paper also simulates the hydraulic system of the hydraulic pumping unit according to the assumed load parameters of the pumping unit.Energy consumption,and torque balance of the motor when the pumping system is operating.Based on the above analysis,a new hybrid energy storage hydraulic pumping unit is proposed.Through the simulation analysis and comparison of the hydraulic pumping unit designed with the original hydraulic pumping unit,it is verified that the advantage of the hydraulic pumping unit designed in this paper is obvious.According to the simulation results and the assumed suspension load of the pumping unit,the key components of the entire system are designed and calculated.The mechanical system design is completed and the key components designed are checked with ANSYS.From the results of theoretical analysis and simulation software analysis,it can be seen that the pumping unit designed in this paper has the advantages of low energy consumption,good system balance,small footprint and simple structure.Theoretically,the hydraulic pumping unit designed in this paper can meet the low energy consumption requirements of current oil exploitation.
