This topic will adopt the research on China's actual Ordovician Carbonates in Tarim basin reservoir characteristic and field geological interpretation results.Several typical practical fracture-vuggy model are constructed.With the technology of 3D printing and similarity criterion,typical fracture-vug physical models are produces,and then a series of tests are carried out to study the influence of different water flooding mothods on oil production.Finally,the numerical simulation technique are applied to study the influence of different water flooding methods on oil production.Based on the research of the domestic and foreign fracture-vug reservoir development technology and experiments,with the Tahe geological research results,summarize the fracture-vug reservoir combination model and typical residual oil distribution patterns.The best 3D printing materials for fracture-vug reservoir physical model is selected,and the technology to produce fracture-vug with 3D-printing technology is summarized.With similarity criterion,the physical model size,displacement parameters and experimental conditions suitable for indoor research are derived.And the fracture-vug physical models are produced.The water flooding experiments are carried out on the typical physical models(filling and non filling type).The water-flooding-oil was simulated by commercial numerical simulation software(Comsol and Eclipse).The numerical simulation can provide numerical data for physical simulation,which is beneficial to the quantitative analysis of physical simulation results.Physical simulation and numerical simulation are combined to study the types and influencing factors of residual oil in different water flooding methods.In view of the human controllable factors and the mechanism to improve the water-flooding effect for different types of residual oil,the corresponding water flooding improvement measures are studied and analyzed.The results show that,with 3D printing technology,you can produce ideal fracture-vug reservoir physical model;Injection-production reversal can effectively improve EOR for attic oil model unit;For some types of fracture-vug structure,change of water flooding in any case can not improve oil production;For the single well model,increased board length and improved board height in a certain range could improve the oil recovery rate.For the attic type fractured-vuggy reservoirs,we can enhance the oil recovery by the low-high-low water injection speed method.For the double-layer fractured-vuggy reservoirs,we can enhance the oil recovery by injecting water into the side that the fracture goes up.
