| The operation capacity of atmospheric vacuum distillation unit with 140×10 ~4t/a of Haike Group was studied in this paper.The problems such as excessive pressure dropping in crude oil system,failed to achieve the design processing capacity.The optimized scheme for these problems was proposed.At the same time the energy consumption and efficiency of the scheme were evaluated.The result showed that the capacity raised from 140×10 ~4t/a to 150×10 ~4t/a after project improvement execution,which met the demand of vacuum residue and vacuum wax oil for catalytic cracking unit and delayed coking unit.Firstly,the pressure drop of the crude oil system is reduced by 0.5MPa,whilst the heat transfer process and the heat utilization efficiency are more reasonable.Secondly,thermal recovery after optimization was improved.The temperature of the crude oil was increased from289℃to 304℃after utilizing heat exchange process.Thirdly,the temperature of the crude oil before the flash tower increased by more than 25℃.As a result,in practical production,the yield of light oil increased by about 1.8%,and the total extraction yield increased from 66%to 68%.The heat efficiency of the reheating furnace is obviously improved,the fuel consumption is greatly reduced.The heat efficiency of the atmospheric furnace can reach 90.2%.The heat efficiency of the vacuum furnace can reach 90.8%.The energy consumption of the device is reduced by 21.51%.Finally,the results provide a theoretical and practical support for the expansion of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the energy saving and efficiency improvement.It is beneficial to the long period safe and stable operation of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and construction of a new atmospheric pressure reducer.The results show that the optimization and adjustment of local heat exchange process for the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit can achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption,elimination of bottleneck of limiting the processing quantity of the device.The purpose of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency can also be achieved through part of the technical transformation of the device,and the cost is low and the efficiency is fast. |
