With the rapid development of modern society,old buildings have been unable to meet the current production and living needs.A large number of old buildings were demolished,resulting in a large number of construction waste.In the past few decades,most buildings are masonry-concrete structure,so,many construction wastes are waste concrete and waste brick.If we continue use brick to build our buildings,it will consume a lot of land resources.Most of the existing researches are about recycled concrete use with waste concrete.There are less researches about recycled concrete use with waste brick,and lot of them are learn about medium strength grade recycled concrete.The low strength recycled concrete can use for the non-bearing members in masonry structures and canal and so on.This kind of recycled concrete not only can recovery the construction waste,protect the environment.but also can cost saving,achieve the goal of sustainable development.This paper research on recycled concrete use with 100% waste brickbat.First of all,I tested the physical property of brickbat,and then made recycled concrete by used its own mix proportion.After that,I design an experiment research on recycle brickbat aggregate concrete with different construction technology,they are recycle brickbat aggregate concrete used with additional water,used with pre-sprinkling water and pre-soaking water.In the end,I test the water-tight performance of recycle brickbat aggregate concrete.The results show that: the brickbat has high water absorption,high water content,low strength,rough surface,high porosity.Base on the data of experiment,I optimized the mix proportion of recycle brickbat aggregate concrete.the recycle brickbat aggregate concrete used with additional water has decrease the additional water use and its compressive strength will increased,when the additional water use has decrease to 70% of aggregate's saturated water absorption,the compressive strength increased but not obvious.When the additional water use during 80% to 90% of aggregate's saturated water absorption,it will have good workability;the compressive strength of recycle brickbat aggregate concrete used with pre-sprinkling water and pre-soaking water are high and which workability are good.The recycle brickbat aggregate concrete with C5 strength has poor imperm eability grade.The impermeability grade will increase when the mix proportionwas decrease.Blend the fly ash with cement will increase the impermeability grade.
