Recycle Concrete(RC)as a new concrete made by mixing the waste concrete by mechanical crushing, washing, screening and other industrial processes, mixing in accordance with the established proportion, partially or totally replacing the natural sand and gravel, and mixing with cement, water and so on.The study of recycled concrete is of great significance to solve the problem of waste concrete in construction waste, and build a highly efficient and energy-saving societyFrom the previous studies,we can see that the durability of concrete is very important among many factors affecting the service life of building structure, and impermeability is one of the main factors that affect the durability of concrete. Therefore, the most important impermeability test of recycled concrete is studied by orthogonal test. The test results show that the water-binder ratio is the primary factor which has important influence on the test index.Because of its own defects, the higher the replacement rate of recycled aggregate, the worse the impermeability of recycled concrete is.When the content of fly ash reaches 10%,the impermeability of recycled concrete is the best, but when the content is too high or too low,the effective bond between coarse aggregate and cementitious materialwill be effected, the impermeability will be reduced. In the experiment result, the matrix strength of concrete with C40 as the turning point, reducing performance status of C20-C40 range presented on the concrete strength impermeability of recycled concrete,When the concrete strength grade is higher than C40,the cohesion of the coarse aggregate increases and the impermeability of recycled concrete will be improved because of the larger cohesion force between the internal cementing material and the stone. The conclusion of the project further improves the study of impermeability of recycled concrete, and plays a certain role in promoting the useof recycled concrete.
