A Study On Perception, Attitude And Willingness To Pay Of Ecological Security In The Urban Agglomeration Of Min Delta

Urban agglomeration ecological security is an important part of regional ecological security,densely populated and economically developed urban agglomerations may lead to serious ecological security problems.However,there are relatively few studies on the ecological security of the small and medium-sized Urban Agglomeration on Min Delta(UA-MD).With combining the grey system theory and entropy method,and using the Pressure-State-Responses model,this paper analyses dynamic change of ecological security of UA-MD in different years(2004,2010,2015).The results showed that:(1)the UA-MD overall ecological security situation was at safe level,showing good momentum of development;(2)the ecological security index of Xiamen city(0.8277~0.9721)was higher than Quanzhou city(0.3669~0.4923)and Zhangzhou city(0.5448~0.4350).Xiamen city was at security level,but the level of ecological security in Quanzhou city and Zhangzhou city was maintained at below of good level,the ecological security situation is grim;(3)the index of ecological security of Quanzhou city(0.4788~0.5494),pressure state index(0.5114~0.5411)and response index(0.5393~0.6429)showed a shift from relatively unsafe level to critical safety level;(4)the index of pressure of Zhangzhou city is at the security level(0.8523~0.7264),but the state index(0.4671~0.4285)and response index(0.4673~0.4822)is relatively unsafe level,which shows that the ecological security situation in Zhangzhou is more severe;(5)the people's ecological security awareness was better in the urban agglomeration in Fujian Delta Region,and the perceived differences of people's influence on ecological security were mainly influenced by age,household registration,education degree,occupation,monthly expenditure and family population,and the satisfaction degree of the government.(6)in the three cities of the Xiamen,Quanzhou and Zhangzhou,there are no more than 60% of the eco-security awareness levels in the Zhangzhou city,and the other two cities have a higher level of perception,which is the same as the whole;(7)in the regression model of the three cities of Xiamen and Zhangzhou,the factors that affect the ecological security impact are different,and the household registration and occupation have a significant impact on the ecological security impact perception of Xiamen city.Age,occupation,population of the population and the level of satisfaction with the government's ecological security measures that have a remarkable positive relationship with the impact of the ecological safety of the Quanzhou city;The four variables of age,occupation,monthly expenses,and the safety of the government's ecological security measures have a significant impact on the environmental impact of the Zhangzhou city's ecological security.The results of this paper are useful for guiding urban residents to adopt more rational attitudes and behaviors to adapt to the changes of ecological environment and the improvement of ecological environment.Meanwhile,it can also provide scientific basis for formulating ecological environmental protection system mechanism for relevant government departments;(8)the average annual willingness of the respondents in the UA-MD was 262.19 yuan,and Xiamen,Quanzhou and Zhangzhou was 225.47 yuan,230.97 yuan and 327.78 yuan respectively.The study also found that age,education degree,family income,government satisfaction and other factors have a sianificant impact on willingness to pay.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for guiding urban people to adopt more rational attitude and behavior to adapt to the changes of ecological environment and improve the ecological environment,and also can provide scientific basis for relevant government departments to formulate ecological environmental protection system and mechanism.
