Research On Greenness Evaluation And Countermeasures Of China's Manufacturing Industry

While industrialization has brought about tremendous progress in material civilization,it has also triggered a series of problems such as shortage of resources,environmental pollution,and degradation of ecosystems.Manufacturing is the pillar of China's current national economy,and it is also an important sector that consumes resources and pollutes the environment.Achieving a green transformation of the manufacturing industry and promoting the green development of the manufacturing industry is an inevitable requirement for realizing the high-quality development of China's economy.In view of this,this paper takes the green degree evaluation of manufacturing industry as the starting point,and makes an in-depth analysis of the status quo,characteristics and stages of China's manufacturing green development.This paper takes China's manufacturing industry and its subordinates as the research object.Based on the statistical data from 2012 to 2016,it first analyzes the development status of China's manufacturing industry and finds that:(1)China's manufacturing economy continues to rise,increasing The speed is still very fast,but the contribution to the overall national economy is gradually decreasing;(2)the overall scale of R&D expenditure is large,and the level of R&D investment is continuously increasing;(3)the energy utilization efficiency is continuously improved,and the energy consumption is basically stable;(4)The discharge of waste water,waste gas and solid waste increases year by year.Then,this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of green manufacturing in our country,and using the method of "horizontal" in class,the green degree of China's manufacturing industry from 2012 to 2016 has carried on the quantitative evaluation and empirical analysis,the study found that:(1)the manufacturing industry of computer,communication and other electronic equipment has the highest degree of greenness,followed by automobile manufacturing industry and electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry.(2)the ultra-green industry excels in volatility and speed of development.There are many industries with a high degree of greenness,but their development is extremely unstable.(3)amongthe secondary indicators,the contribution rate of social benefits to manufacturing green degree is the largest,reaching 59.18%,much higher than the other four secondary indicators.The performance of environmental impact indicators was the worst,with negative growth in score and contribution rate of only 3.56%.Furthermore,based on the greenness of various industries,this paper quantitatively identifies the development stages of various industries and finds that most industries are in the green transformation stage,and more and more industries are breaking away from the traditional development stage and actively transforming to the green direction.In addition,this paper takes the green transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry as a typical case to analyze,deeply explore the significance behind the green transformation and green degree improvement of the manufacturing industry,and verify the scientificity and rationality of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the green degree of the manufacturing industry and the evaluation results from another perspective.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward five Suggestions to promote the green degree of China's manufacturing industry.
