The construction and operation of the comprehensive treatment facilities for hazardous wastes is still a new industry in China,Since the approval ?National plan for the construction of hazardous waste and medical waste disposal facilities? by the State Council in 2003,the first 31 provincial-level centralized hazardous waste disposal center projects planned by the state have been completed and put into operation.At the same time,with the increasing awareness of national environmental protection and the increasing supervision of administrative departments of environmental protection at all levels,especially since the implementation of the new environmental protection law in 2015,the amount of hazardous waste declaration has increased year by year,a series of ecological and environmental problems may be caused by the comprehensive hazardous waste centralized disposal center,especially the landfill leachate may have a sustainable impact on groundwater.This paper presents an example of a hazardous waste comprehensive disposal center and its landfill in Ordos City,through careful analysis of hydrogeological conditions of the project site and landfill,according to the change of topography,groundwater flow system is divided,and integrates the characteristics of groundwater supply,runoff,discharge,etc.,establishing hydrogeological model with software,and conducts numerical simulation research.This paper focuses on the migration and transformation of the main pollution factors in the risk sources of groundwater in the comprehensive disposal project of hazardous wastes.In the case of cracks in the anti-seepage measures,there will be excessive pollution halo in the location and surrounding of the pollution source,and with the extension of time,the pollution halo area will continue to increase,and the concentration of pollutants in the central area of the pollution halo will continue to increase,and there will be no excessive pollution halo beyond the plant boundary in the prediction period However,in the simulation situation,if the leakage of pollutants can not be found in time,with the increase of the amount of leakage into the groundwater,there will be a large range of groundwater environmental pollution,which must be monitored to prevent the occurrence and continuation of the simulation situation.The phreatic water and confined water aquifer around the solid waste landfill are the main environmental protection targets.In addition,the hydraulic gradient of the project area is small,the flow velocity of groundwater is slow,and the biodegradation is weak.Once the pollutant leaks into the aquifer,it is difficult to repair and self clean.Strict anti-seepage design and management measures shall be taken during the construction and operation period.It is strictly prohibited to discharge domestic sewage directly.Water quality monitoring wells shall be established around the landfill site to observe the quality of groundwater in real time.Once pollution is found,treatment measures shall be taken in time to protect groundwater resources as much as possible.Through the research work of this paper,for the pollution and prevention of such projects provides an effective basis.
