The mining efficiency of the traditional coal mining industry is constrained by production equipments and labor force level,and casualty accidents occur frequently.Therefore,it is urgent to find a safer and more efficient production method.At the same time,the emergence of 5G communication technology,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and cloud computing has greatly changed the way of life and improved production efficiency.Applying these technologies to the mining industry will bring new opportunities for its transformation in automation,information and digital development.Based on the background of smart mine construction,this paper conducts research on the AGV path planning algorithm,laser ranging,and 5G communication technology in the wireless remote control system of the mine.Firstly,this paper studies and compares the progress of smart mine construction at home and abroad,and points out an important part that 5G communication technology plays in the promotion and transformation of the mining industry.Then,according to the functional division of the wireless remote control system,the paper introduces the equipment selection and technical indicators of the locomotive on-board subsystem,network communication subsystem and remote control subsystem respectively.Focus on the use GM800 5G communication module to realize the wireless communication between the remote control transmitter and the remote control receiver.Meanwhile,the mine wireless communication system architecture based on 5G communication is proposed.In response to the needs of mining vehicles to collect environmental information,the principle of laser distance measurement is analyzed,and some hardware circuits are designed.Functional tests are completed in a laboratory environment.The test results reflect the distance information well.As soon as collected,the distance information data is transmitted back to the remote control platform through the 5G wireless communication network,which is convenient for the operator to make decision control.AGV path planning is a classic research topic.This paper compares the characteristics of several search optimal path algorithms,and proposes an optimization strategy based on A * global planning algorithm,that is,introducing a heuristic function to optimize the traditional A * algorithm by weight for the problem of low efficiency in path search,simulation experiments have verified its feasibility in making up for the shortcomings of the A * algorithm,and together with the D * dynamic algorithm,it can be used as a path planning solution suitable for mining vehicles.The remote control of underground operation vehicles has high real-time requirements,so the characteristics of low latency in 5G u RLLC business scenarios and the implementation techniques are discussed in detail.Through simulation tests,the endto-end latency can be effectively reduced.Considering the complexity of the actual operating environment underground and the large number of various types of equipments,combined with the 5G communication system architecture,a 5G communication-based mine Io T architecture was proposed to hierarchize the network structure and better serves the construction of smart mine.
