Controlling water and stabilizing oil is a problem that must always be paid attention to in the development of bottom water reservoirs.At present,the application of single technology such as gas injection and chemical water shutoff has achieved certain results,and exposed their respective limitations.The combined water control technology of grading plugging,plugging and driving,and water control and energy enhancement has certain potential.The binary system of gas and liquid formed by the combination of jelly,gas and foam meets the theoretical expectation.In the T9 reservoir condition and horizontal well mode,the binary composite water control technology is targeted,which can realize the grading sealing of the jelly and foam composite,the sealing and driving combination of the jelly and the surfactant,the jelly and the gas.Compound water control and energy enhancement mechanism.In this paper,the temperature and salt-tolerant jelly foam formula and the jelly foam system are optimized for the T9 reservoir conditions(high temperature and high salt).The formation adaptability of the jelly and the jelly foam is studied through physical simulation experiments.Technical support is provided for further enhanced oil recovery in clastic high water reservoirs.Investigate the research and application status of water control technology and gel system in bottom water reservoirs at home and abroad;initially screen the temperature-resistant salt-tolerant water-control low-cost gel system suitable for the harsh reservoir conditions of Tahe Oilfield,and form a suitable oil for Tahe Oilfield.The formulation of temperature-resistant and salt-tolerant polymer jelly in Tibetan conditions;the adjustment of the relative permeability of oil and water in the gel system and the water-control adaptability of the gel in porous media with different permeability;A composite system for salt foaming.The main research is as follows:(1)By investigating the profile control and water shutoff technology of the bottom water reservoir,it is considered that the current horizontal well water shutoff technology is not mature enough,and the key technologies are in the research and development and test stages.(2)Two low-cost jelly system formulations were initially identified: Formulation 1: 0.6% DM-5 polymer + 0.1% crosslinker A + 0.3% crosslinker B1 + 0.3% crosslinker D1;Formulation 2: 0.6% DM-5 polymer + 0.1% crosslinker A + 0.4% crosslinker B1 + 0.4% crosslinker D1.(3)The special performance evaluation of the jelly system was carried out,and then the gel system with adjustable strength was determined: different formulas for sealing strong rubber,post-strong rubber,intermediate jelly and pre-freezing rubber.(4)The preferred KZF foaming system has good sealing performance and has the characteristics of water blocking and oil blocking.The concentration retention rate of KZF heat treatment is high;And as the concentration of the inorganic salt increases,the critical micelle concentration of the foaming agent decreases,but the surface tension at the critical micelle concentration does not change much.
