Research On Investment Risk Evaluation Of Biofuel Ethanol Project

With the global promotion of clean low-carbon energy,ethanol gasoline is widely used in China as an alternative clean energy source.The development of fuel ethanol,an important component of ethanol gasoline,directly affects the promotion and the use of ethanol gasoline.The fuel ethanol industry,as a typical policy-guided industry,is facing a situation in which the market is in short supply and capacity is in urgent need of expansion.The national policy supporting for ethanol gasoline bring great development space and more enterprise capital for the fuel ethanol market,but also more risks of fuel ethanol investment projects.Therefore,relevant enterprises are required to improve the risk awareness and risk management level of enterprise project investment.This paper identifies the investment risk,establishes an evaluation system of biofuel ethanol project based on the AHP method and carries out an example analysis and discussion on the large-scale biofuel ethanol project of the fuel ethanol industry.The specific content of the paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance from three aspects of energy security,market and fuel ethanol industry;and summarizes the related project investment risk management theory and risk assessment methods.Secondly,identified the investment risk of biofuel ethanol project in China,and establishing a risk assessment system for biofuel ethanol project by using the AHP method.Then,taking the biofuel ethanol project of ZL Biochemical Company as an example,using the risk identification system and evaluation model established in the previous article and combined with the actual situation of ZL Biochemical Company,find the risk indicators that have a greater impact on the investment income of the project;Finally,based on the analysis results of the biofuel ethanol project for ZL Biochemical Company,put forward relevant recommendations.
