Operation Management Upgrade Of TGC Natural Gas Pipeline Network Control Center

In recent years,natural gas has been playing an increasingly important role in the national economy,which has led to the rapid development of natural gas and pipeline business,and gradually formed the national natural gas pipeline network.Multi-source,multi-user,pipe-network supply pattern.The rapid expansion of natural gas pipeline network makes the operation and management of the control center facing great challenges.In order to enhance the control ability of users,improve the refined management level of the control center,and scientifically optimize the pipeline transportation process,TGC,as a natural gas pipeline network transportation enterprise,began to promote the research on operation management upgrade.Through in-depth field investigation,the author found that the company has the following three problems in operation and management.First,there is no perfect classification of users,so it is impossible to analyze the rules of users' gas consumption,which leads to the deviation between the real needs of users and the remote control of the control center.Second,the large numbers of users don't have automatic upgrade management at remote control stations,which leads to huge repetitive and boring manual operations for management in daily production.Third,the operation experience of the management is still taken as the main basis for the work of the regulation and control center,and simulation software is not effectively used to improve the analysis of pipeline network technology and improve the operation level of regulation and control.On the basis of further clearing the present situation of TGC operation management,this article proposed the countermeasures and suggestions related to the optimization of user management,automatic distribution management and pipeline technology management to promote the operation management level of control center,and make the TGC more controllable and advanced,through looking to relevant literature and materials,comparing and analyzing control center operations management situation at domestic and foreign,and seting up pipeline simulation model,etc.
