The gathering system is the main part of the gas field surface engineering,its construction cost is the dominant factor of all investment of the surface engineering.Therefore,the quality of layout scheme for the gathering pipeline network will directly affect the total investment of the engineering.To carry out the layout optimization of the gathering network,it can effectively reduce the system construction investment by establishing the optimization model and algorithm.In this paper,firstly,it studied the gathering and transmission process of gas gathering pipeline network,aiming at the two kinds of pipe-transportation modes of gas-liquid mixed transmission and natural gas single-phase transmission,the mathematical model for hydraulic calculation is presented respectively.Considering the effect of electric heat transfer of the temperature drop of pipeline,the thermodynamic calculation model is presented.Combined with the characteristics of the pipe network structure,the calculation method of node parameters is established.Secondly,according to the geometric characteristics of radiated-branched gas field surface pipeline,considering the influence of the connection between the gas gathering station and the transmission station on the layout of the pipe network,the radius of the gathering and transportation,the handling capacity of the gas gathering station,and the uniqueness of membership,the mathematical model of topology optimization of gas gathering and distribution network is established by using the minimum cost of pipeline network as the objective function.Aiming at the structural level of the model,an improved multi-cascade genetic algorithm is established.The example of calculation shows that,compared with the manual layout scheme,it can reduce the investment of 5.3%,and the investment is reduced by 3.5% compared with the basic genetic algorithm,thus the optimization model of the proposed topology layout and the improvement on the genetic algorithm is verified.Again,according to the topological layout optimization of the pipeline network,the calculation model of integrated process,and the calculation method of node parameter,considering the steady flow,the flow balance and the speed limit as the constraints,taking the minimum cost of pipeline construction as the goal,the parameter optimization model of gas gathering and transportation network is constructed.In order to solve the model effectively,a particle swarm optimization algorithm is established.The demonstration shows that the total investment is reduced by 5.9% compared with the manual design of pipeline network parameters,which verifies the correctness of the optimization model and particle swarm optimization method.Finally,on the basis of the theoretical results above,the software of the optimization design platform of gas field surface pipeline network is developed by using c++ builder language.It includes the following eight modules: the file management,data management,graphic modeling,pipeline network topology optimization,pipeline network parameter optimization,economic calculation,scheme selection,and auxiliary function,which can realize the function of pipeline network topology optimization,pipeline network parameter optimization,pipeline process calculation and optimization result display,and it can also assist the gas field builder to carry out the planning and design of gas gathering system efficiently.
