According to the data released by China Iron and Steel Industry Association in September 2019,by the end of 2018,China's total steel production has exceeded 900 million tons,accounting for half of the world's total steel production.From the lack of steel and less iron in the early days of the people's Republic of China to the selfsufficiency of most kinds of steel.Among the three common steelmaking methods of converter,open hearth furnace and electric arc,the converter steelmaking method with fast working process and low energy consumption has been widely used.With the continuous increase of the total amount of steel in China,the upgrading of the original steel production system is also imminent.The core part of the upgrading of the converter steelmaking system is the improvement of the installation process of the converter equipment,so it is necessary to deepen the design and research of the key installation process of the converter equipment.Due to the demand of production process layout,the position of converter body is usually in the middle of charging equipment span and furnace equipment span,which increases the difficulty of lifting equipment.At the same time,the size and quality of the single equipment of large tonnage converter body are relatively large,and its installation process,maintenance process and technical process improvement process become extremely complex under the constraints of limited space.Based on this,the installation process of converter body can reduce the constraints caused by space constraints,such as large-scale transportation,requirements for high-power lifting equipment,etc.,which can effectively reduce the cost of large tonnage converter installation project and later operation and maintenance costs.At present,there is no systematic and standardized guidance document for the installation of converter trunnion bearing on tangential key,converter support ring and three-point spherical support of converter shell.Therefore,the systematic installation technical document for large tonnage converter body formed through analysis and research has a better guidance for the installation of the same type of large tonnage converter body.Ontology to river steel Le Ting steel 200 tons converter installation path as the foundation,based on the analysis on converter equipment installation related theory,the big tonnage converter assembly outside the lines carried on the thorough analysis and research new technology and new technology,according to the actual conditions,taking the ladle car installed overhead support device and glide phase and the combination of the installation method.The two ladle cars on the construction site are connected into a temporary solid whole with section steel,and an elevated steel structure that can be jacked is set up on the connected ladle cars.The jacking frame and ladle car form a solid whole through sectional welding.On the basis of the design of the welded overhead support system of ladle car,the safety and stability are checked.The analysis and research of the combined installation process has certain reference significance for the installation of the same type of converter equipment,and at the same time provides a reference basis for the systematization and standardization of the large-tonnage converter body installation technology in China's iron and steel enterprises.Figure 21;Table 5;Reference 50...
