| As the main channel of transporting ore in underground stope of metal mine, the function of chute is very important, which is called the throat of transporting ore underground. It has been widely used in mines at home and abroad because of its advantages of large capacity, fast transportation speed and low transportation cost.In recent years, with the increase of underground mining scale and mining depth year by year, the amount of ore transported through the chute is also increasing gradually.Th e collision and wear of ore on the shaft wall are also increasing, which makes the shaft wall gradually lose stability, collapse and even damage. In order to study the change of physical parameters related to collision,a physical simulated ore chute experiment scheme with different inclined chute angles was designed. With the help of collision force sensor and physical model of ore chute, taking collision force and collision contact time as the breakthrough point, the influence of the change of inclined chute angle and ore quality on collision force, contact time, speed before and after collision and recovery coefficient was studied The following achievements have been achieved:(1)Ore quality and inclined chute angle are the main factors that affect the collision force and contact time. The impact force and contact time are different with different mass and inclination. The shape and size of the ore also affect the collision force and collision time.(2)The quality and dip angle affect the energy loss of ore. When the mass or dip angle increases, the energy loss of ore increases gradually.(3)The inclined chute angle is the main factor affecting the ore velocity and colliding incidence angle. The ore quality affects the velocity recovery coefficient in the collision process. When the mass increases, the tangent recovery coefficient and the normal recovery coefficient increase gradually.Under the same conditions, the normal recovery coefficient is larger than the tangent recovery coefficient.(4)The failure of shaft wall is the result of the joint action of ore quality and inclined chute angle. In order to reduce the colliding damage of ore to the shaft wall,we should reduce the quality of ore block and increase the inclined chute angle. |
