Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development and development of the railway,a series of challenges for railway research and exploration have been put forward.Its research is the intersection of many disciplines,such as material science and geometric cross to study the orbit or wheel geometry selection;wheel and rail design,heat transfer and mechanical cross to determine the train and wheel track material.In the process of rail defects,such as voids,residual stress,inclusions,cracks,will cause irreversible damage to the wheel train,with high speed and load,the friction effect is more obvious,the dynamic characteristic is more obvious,which makes the problem more difficult to deal with contact.Based on VCFEM,a scheme to describe the matrix-inclusion interfacial damage of particulate reinforced composites is proposed by establishing a functional,which is suitable to formulate both the traction reciprocity conditions on the undebonded inclusion-matrix interfaces and the traction free conditions along the debonded interfaces,analyzing the relevant factors of PRMMCs inclusions and contact load of some factors on the clip miscellaneous initiation effect.The main work of the paper are as follows:1 For the original program,modify the load applied so that the load is Hertz contact force;establish the input text,making the calculation scale larger,to achieve cross-scale research;modify the drawing of the program in order to obtain the positive results.2 the crack cracking criterion is improved,which makes the crack cracking more realistic,the obtained calculation results are good.3 Analysis of the Hertz contact force in the process of moving,when mixed with uniform distribution,influence factors such as the inclusion of aspect ratio,angle,critical stress of cracking,friction coefficient and the half of contact bandwidth,which affect crack generation;when mixed with random distribution,influence factors such as friction coefficient,the half of contact bandwidth,critical stress of cracking,volume ratio,which affect crack generation.In this paper,VCFEM is used to study the influence of various factors on crack initiation in the process of Hertz contact force moving.In this study,the effect of inclusion on the macro mechanical properties of the material is fully considered.The conclusion makes people have a deeper understanding of the influence of the related factors on the crack initiation,and also shows the superiority of VCFEM.
