Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of sewage treatment industry,all countries in the world are increasing the investment in sewage treatment technology.At various sewage treatment sites,especially those that meet the primary standard of grade A,Denitrification deep bed filter is a very important wastewater treatment process because it can be used as one of the processes in a wastewater treatment plant.The structure and function of denitrification deep bed filter have unique advantages,such as small footspace,flexible process,good SS/T-N/T-P removal effect,high operational reliability and high degree of automation.At the same time,some of the early sewage treatment plants were built for historical reasons,the effluent quality is still in the primary standard of grade B.Due to the increasing pressure of water environment management and the tightening of environmental protection policies,It is urgent to optimize the process flow of sewage treatment by upgrading the project,Make the effluent quality meet the primary standard of grade A.This paper explores the most important component of denitrification deep bed filter in the upgrading of a sewage treatment plant in jiangning.The project requires the quality of the incoming water to comply with the"urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards"(gb18918-2002),primary standard of grade B.Effluent quality is required to meet the primary standard of grade A.The water quality index of inlet and outlet shall consider a certain amount of allowance as required.Remove T-N,SS,and T-P synchronously.(It was filtered directly by chemical microflocculation)The deep bed filter was converted to denitrification deep bed filter by adding carbon source,Achieve the function of denitrification and removal of TN.And through automatic control technology to achieve unattended,remote operation and other functions.This paper probes into the project from three aspects:in-plant process analysis,principle and process of denitrification deep bed filter and its automatic control.Finally,this project not only realized further reduction of CODcr and BOD5,but also ensured the compliance of SS,T-P and T-N.It also simplifies the treatment process,reduces the investment cost,reduces the operation cost,prolongs the filtration cycle,improves the automation level,and guarantees the production and effluent quality.
