Research On Hydraulic And Mechanical Cleaning Pipeline Technology

With the increasing difficulty of high water/oil well development,the cost of oil production is increasing.By increasing the strength of oil well repair and recovery,the comprehensive operation cost of oilfield can be significantly reduced.The quality of tubing repair is related to the quality and efficiency of oil well operation,and to improve the quality of tubing repair.It can significantly prolong the period of pump inspection,reduce work rework,and ultimately achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.The cleaning methods of conventional fouling tubing include chemical cleaning,physical cleaning and heating cleaning.But the conventional method of cleaning is poor,the cleaning efficiency is generally low,and it is easy to pollute the environment and the cost is high.Therefore,designing effective cleaning scale oil pipe device and optimizing pipeline cleaning method is of great practical significance for improving tubing cleaning efficiency and repairing quality.In order to effectively solve the tubing cleaning difficulty,technology of water jet combined with machinery was focused.Using the self-made ultra-high pressure jet breaker,the influence of operation parameters on the rock breaking effect was studied,such as jet pressure,jet angle,jet distance,and so on.Based on the principle of combined hydraulic and mechanical cleaning piping technology,the water jet and machinery combined pipe cleaning device was designed,and the special rotating high pressure sprayer was developed.Furthermore,the operation parameters were designed,and the field trial of the designed device was carried out.The results show that the inner wall of pipe can be cleaned entirely.So the novel pipe cleaning technology can effectively solve the technical problems of high pipe-wall scaling hardness,and offers a dependable way for solving the highly scaled tubing cleaning difficulty.
