With the rapid development of China’s industrialization,the amount of industrial wastewater and sewage is increasing day by day.In the problem that the traditional chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning can not remove the dirt in the water of closed nuclear industrial pool,this paper carries out the research on the self-propelled high-pressure water jet cleaning and recovery system.The self-propelled high-pressure water jet cleaning recovery system in the research topic of this paper combines the high-pressure water jet cleaning technology with the negative pressure vacuum recovery suction technology,effectively improves the cleaning efficiency of the system,and achieves the role of saving water resources and environmental protection.As the core part of the self feeding high-pressure water jet cleaning and recovery system,the speed of vacuum recovery suction system directly affects the operation efficiency of the whole system.This paper will analyze and study through finite element simulation and experiment.It mainly includes the following aspects:1.The system composition and working principle of self feeding high-pressure water jet cleaning and recovery device are briefly introduced.The high-pressure water jet cleaning technology and negative pressure vacuum recovery suction technology are combined to improve the efficiency of water jet cleaning.2.The different models of suction sleeve are simulated and analyzed by using ANSYS structural statics module and fluent software.The simulation results show that the suction sleeve meets the working requirements;With the increase of suction pressure,the faster the water flow in the suction sleeve,the stronger the recovery capacity of the vacuum recovery suction system;The speed of the double hole is higher than that of the single hole,and the smoother the streamline,the stronger the recovery capacity of the vacuum recovery suction system.3.Through the processing and analysis of the test data by the orthogonal test R method,the analysis results show that the order of the influence of the three important factors in the test on the suction flow of the vacuum recovery suction system is:suction height,vacuum pump suction pressure and steel wire hose diameter.The better scheme in this test is that the recovery flow of the vacuum recovery suction system is large when the suction pressure of the vacuum pump is-0.09MPa,the diameter of the steel wire hose is 14mm and the suction height is lm.4.The results show that when the other two influencing factors remain unchanged,the recovery flow of the vacuum recovery suction system shows an upward trend with the increase of the suction pressure of the vacuum pump,an upward trend with the increase of the diameter of the steel wire hose,and a downward trend with the increase of the suction height.Through numerical simulation and experiment,this paper studies the influence of three main influencing factors of vacuum recovery system on the recovery flow of the system.The results have a certain guiding role for the operation of similar vacuum recovery suction system.Figure[37]Table[7]Reference[68]...
