| The rapid development of human society has brought about contradictions between economic growth and energy depletion,environmental protection and energy production.Among them,photovoltaic power generation plays an important role in promoting energy structure transformation,reducing the consumption of traditional energy resources and achieving sustainable social development.Improving the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of photovoltaic power generation projects and establishing scientific evaluation and decision-making mechanism are of great significance to the sustainable development of the entire social energy system.This research firstly discusses the multi-criteria decision-making method(MCDM)and constructs a comprehensive benefit evaluation model for photovoltaic power generation projects.The entropy weight method is used for objective weighting,and the TOPSIS method is used for comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,with the support of literature research and relevant theories,the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of photovoltaic power generation projects is designed from the aspects of energy,environment and economy.The energy indicators include Energy Payback Time(EPBT)and Energy Return on Investment(EROI).The environmental indicators are Greenhouse Gas emissions per kilowatt hour(GHG/ kwh),Greenhouse Gas Payback Time(GPBT)and Greenhouse Gas Return on Investment(GROI).The economic indicators include Net Present Value(NPV),Discounted Payback Time(DPBT),and Discounted Aggregate Cost Benefit(D(B/C)A).After that,combined with Gansu Zhangye centralized photovoltaic power station,Sichuan Xiaojin County centralized photovoltaic power station,Qinghai Nanchuan distributed photovoltaic roof and Ningxia Pengyang distributed photovoltaic greenhouse project case study,the results show the importance of economic benefits in the construction of photovoltaic power generation projects,followed by environmental benefits and energy benefits.Combined with the entropy weight-TOPSIS method,the comprehensive evaluation of the project shows that the comprehensive benefits of distributed photovoltaics are better than centralized photovoltaics,and the future benefits of photovoltaic power generation projects in energy are significant.Finally,based on the analysis and discussion of the research process and results,the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the photovoltaic industry are provided.This study aims to provide a new perspective and method for photovoltaic power generation planning decision-making,enrich the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of photovoltaic power generation projects in China,and give certain reference for the development of photovoltaic industry. |
