With the global energy depletion and environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious,it is imperative to replace traditional energy sources with clean energy.Among them,photovoltaic power generation has made great progress,but because photovoltaic cells can not achieve the storage of electricity,resulting in intermittent power supply process.Therefore,it is necessary to store the electricity emitted by photovoltaics in order to be reused when needed,thus ensuring the continuity of power supply.In this paper,a set of small photovoltaic fuel cell power generation energy storage device is designed using photovoltaic power generation,electrolytic water hydrogen and fuel cell power generation technology,on this basis,this paper sets a load of 5kW users,and according to the user’s electricity consumption situation for the device to enlarge the design,It provides technical parameters and theoretical basis for different users to build photovoltaic fuel cell power generation energy storage devices.The main work of this paper:(1)In this paper,the design of small photovoltaic fuel cell power generation energy storage device is carried out,according to the characteristics of photovoltaic cell and fuel cell power generation,the basic structure of power generation energy storage device is constructed,and the main sub-components of the device are introduced and selected.At the same time,according to the working principle of the device,the structure,capacity and connection design of photovoltaic cell components,fuel cell components,electrolytic cell components and storage devices are completed in turn.In the design of the flow field of key components of fuel cell,this paper establishes the flowway simulation model by the proton exchange membrane fuel cell module of Fluent software,analyzes the influence of the flowway size on the performance of fuel cell,and optimizes the design of the flowway size.MATLAB/simulink built a simulation model of photovoltaic cells,analyzed the effect of light intensity on photovoltaic cells,combined with the analysis of simulation results,designed the photovoltaic support of small devices,and completed the design of small photovoltaic fuel cell power storage devices through the above work.(2)Then,using experimental methods,the feasibility of small photovoltaic fuel cell power storage device is demonstrated,and the energy conversion efficiency of power generation storage device is calculated according to energy conservation and Faraday’s law,and experimental technical parameters are obtained.(3)Finally,according to the user load set in this paper,the photovoltaic fuel cell power generation energy storage device is amplified and designed,with the small power generation energy storage device as the reference,combined with the experimental technical parameters for the user to configure the capacity parameters of subcombusities,determines the tilt angle of the photovoltaic bracket,at the same time completes the installation layout design of the device,and through benefit analysis: the device has significant economic and environmental benefits.Through the realization of photovoltaic fuel cell power generation energy storage device,it can provide some reference for different users to build power generation energy storage device,and it is more conducive to promoting the application and development of power generation energy storage device.
