With the development of China's economy,people have higher requirements for the safety of chemical plants.When a series of accidents are caused by the warehouse fire in chemical plants,firefighters will face many difficulties at the scene of the accident.In this paper,a small fire-fighting robot is designed,which can trace and detect the fire source in the warehouse and give an alarm at ordinary times.When a fire occurs,it can replace the firefighters to enter the scene,and the operators can put out the fire through the background remote control robot.The development environment of the fire-fighting robot designed in this paper is based on Linux,so we need to build cross compiler environment,u-boot transplantation,kernel transplantation and establish root file system;the hardware module includes S5pv210 chilp,power module,driver module,tracking and obstacle avoidance module,flame detection module,buzzer module,camera module,mechanical arm module and fire-fighting device;the program design includes tracking Obstacle avoidance program,fire detection and buzzer linkage program,mechanical arm module and handle control program,camera image acquisition,Wi Fi and upper computer control,Search for fire source and PSO algorithm design,etc.The fire-fighting robot designed in this paper can drive in the direction of the robot through the upper computer,automatically transmit real-time video images to the relevant monitoring platform through the camera according to the following functions: track of the ground magnetic stripe,obstacle avoidance,fire detection and alarm,manual remote control of the mechanical arm and participation in fire-fighting,etc.,and provide a theory for a new fire-fighting method through the optimized particle swarm optimization algorithm According to,the robot path planning is modeled and simulated,and finally the design requirements are met by debugging.
