Rubber is a kind of elastic material,and its products are put into use in various aspects such as processing industry,transportation industry and daily necessities.Among them,reclaimed rubber is a kind of recycled low-end rubber.The rubber products produced by mixing with raw rubber or processed separately are inexpensive and the performance of the rubber compound is good.However,silica,light calcium powder and heavy calcium powder still need to be added,Clay and other fillers,to better play the performance and value of the rubber compound.Among them,the weight of heavy calcium powder and clay is relatively low,and the combination with the rubber is poor,and the improvement of the mechanical properties of the rubber is limited.Therefore,in this paper,the surface of the heavy calcium powder is improved to improve its fusion performance with rubber and can play a more important role.Good reinforcement performance.The surface of the heavy calcium powder has unsaturated Ca2 + and CO32-which are easily hydrated with water,so that the surface of the heavy calcium particles contains hydroxyl groups,the surface is hydrophilic,the compatibility with the polymer rubber matrix is poor,and the reinforcing effect is not ideal.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the heavy calcium powder itself,this paper proposes the surface modification treatment and coating treatment of the heavy calcium powder.The experiment shows that: in the process of filling the natural rubber with the wet modified heavy calcium powder,tetraethyl bromide Ammonium chloride modified heavy calcium powder has the best effect.The reclaimed rubber compound prepared under this condition has a hardness,tensile strength and elongation at break of 55 A,7.76 MPa and 365.94% when the filling amount is 20 parts.The mechanical properties of the prepared rubber compound are better than the unmodified heavy calcium powder rubber compound.Compared with the reinforcement effect of the light calcium powder,in addition to its slightly lower elongation at break,the other mechanical properties are better than the light calcium powder,close to white carbon;Modified heavy calcium powder has good reinforcement to industrial reclaimed rubber and can be applied to industrial production;at a coating ratio of 10%,the surface properties of coated heavy calcium powder,the tensile strength of composite natural rubber and the elongation at break The rate is significantly higher than that of uncoated heavy calcium powder under the same filling amount.When the filling amount reaches 15 parts,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the reclaimed rubber are 7.05 MPa and 270.8% respectively.The mechanical properties are the best,but the reinforcing properties of the modified heavy calcium powder are not reached;the coating weight After the aging of calcium powder,the mechanical properties change is not obvious,and its aging resistance has been enhanced.In addition,the local oil shale reserves in Beipiao are rich,with an oil content of about 5%.The amount of ash produced after extracting shale oil through a retorting furnace is very large,which will cause environmental pollution and waste of resources.Due to the wide distribution of shale ash particles,Loose and porous,with good activity,this paper proposes to use surface modification to treat shale ash,to prepare a filler with good fluidity to meet the needs of various rubber products.Experiments show that the tensile strength of natural rubber with shale ash as a filler increases with the increase of shale ash mesh;in shale ash modified with different modifiers,shale ash modified with 1% CTAB and Compared with other modified shale ash,the activation degree is increased by 15 times,and it also has the characteristics of better fluidity,faster vulcanization speed,shorter processing time and high production efficiency during the vulcanization process;shale ash filling to regeneration The comparison of the tensile data of the glue found that the shale ash reinforcement filling effect is better than that of light calcium powder and heavy calcium powder,which is equivalent to modified heavy calcium and lower than that of silica;at 3: 1,1: 1,1: 3 Under the three compounding ratios,shale ash and white carbon black were used as fillers to fill natural rubber separately.It was found that the vulcanization time can be shortened compared with pure white carbon black,the performance can be maintained at a higher level,and the aging resistance is better.
