In this paper,a series of waterborne acrylic resins are prepared using the dilute bulk polymerization(microparticle bulk polymerization),and corresponding industrial paints are prepared.The products have good water resistance,not return to rust resistance,and high gloss.The viscosity and water solubility of waterborne resins attain the requirements for paint production.The preparation of waterborne acrylic resins was prepared at the beginning of the paper,and studied the choice of raw materials,formulations,and preparation processes.The effects of molecular weight modifiers on the properties of waterborne resins were investigated first.The prepared waterborne acrylic resin has good water resistance,not return to rust resistance,and has a gloss of 54.It is proved that the polymerization used in this research is the dilute bulk polymerization through particle size analysis.Then the factors influencing the preparation and performance of waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin was studied.Compared with waterborne acrylic resin,the prepared waterborne epoxy-modified acrylic resin has improved water resistance and heat resistance,and its gloss of 86.The factors influencing the preparation and performance of waterborne silicone-modified acrylic resin was studied.Compared with waterborne acrylic resin,the prepared waterborne silicone modified acrylic resin has improved water resistance and heat resistance,and its gloss of 118.Finally,the preparation and performance of the corresponding waterborne engineering machinery paints were studied.The prepared waterborne engineering machinery paint has good water resistance,not return to rust resistance,and has a gloss of up to 113.Other main properties reach the target of the industry standard HG / T 4758-2014 "Water Acrylic Resin Coatings". |
