Research On Risk Evaluation Index Of Food Safety Information Management

Food safety is one of the topics that people of the world are most concerned about.It is not only related to people’s lives and health,but also related to the country’s political situation and economic development.In 2014,the government’s emphasis on food safety rose to the national strategic level,and food safety,information security,and public safety have become an important area related to national economy and people’s livelihood.In October 2015,the official implementation of the new "Food Safety Law" prompted the Chinese government,enterprises,society,and citizens to have higher and higher requirements for food safety.The food safety risk index evaluation system has broad market prospects in the future.After November 2018,the National Health and Health Commission promulgated the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the 2018 National Food Safety Standards Establishment Plan" policy,and formulated more detailed and stricter latest standards for food and related products.In March 2018,a new round of large-scale reform of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce took the role of the former State Administration for Industry and Commerce,the former State Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine,the former State Administration of Food and Drug Administration,and the price supervision and inspection of the National Development and Reform Commission.Monopoly law enforcement duties,the concentration of anti-monopoly law enforcement by the operators of the Ministry of Commerce,and the integration of responsibilities of the Office of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of the State Council,the establishment of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration,China’s food safety supervision will be more concentrated,and food safety information construction is facing unprecedented opportunities.First,this article introduces the background and significance of the construction of the risk assessment index system for food safety informatization management.By sorting out the relevant literature on risk assessment for food safety informatization management at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the deficiencies of the existing food safety informatization management risk assessment index system.,Put forward relevant suggestions for the construction of risk assessment indicators for food safety information management.Secondly,the risk factors of food safety informatization management wereanalyzed from five aspects: information management safety risk,infrastructure safety risk,public literacy safety risk,food safety information content risk and platform operation and maintenance safety risk.Through index selection by coefficient of variation,a risk assessment index system for food safety information management was constructed.And select Shizhengtong as a case study object,carry out risk assessment of food safety information management,and choose analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the risk evaluation method,determine the weight of each index through analytic hierarchy process,and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the risk value.Finally,suggestions were made from five aspects to accelerate the construction of food safety informatization;strengthen the construction of information management infrastructure;improve the scientific literacy of the public in food safety;improve the level of food safety informatization management;strengthen the innovation and application of information safety technology.
