During the economy and the science’s developing,3D visualization technol ogy,modeling technology,cloud data processing and data indexing have brought traditional mining into digital mining with informational and intelligence.In the three-dimensional visualization environment,the spatial form and engineering distribution of the geological body are clearly to see,which providing a multiscale description method for the attribute model of information such as lithology and geological grade.Technicians can design and analyze the hole business a spects of mining(exploration,tunnelling,mining,tailings processing.)in a three-dimensional visualization environment.Engineering drawing is an important part of digital mining,which is the result with guiding on-site construction and communication between engineers.How to accurately and efficiently generate engineering drawings that could expressing the scope of geological bodies,engineering distribution and design results is the difficulty and focus of current research.This paper describes the background and significance of engineering drawing research,puts forward the overall idea and technical route,analyzes the three-dimensional model expression,modeling theory and data structure retrieval coding of digital mining;researched and analyzed the surface model’s Boolean operations and space projection algorithm,and block model data’s processing,and a method for generating the projection contour of the spatial model based on the multi-level grid was proposed;by engineering classification of the three-dimensional model data of the mine,and using XML to save different engineeri ng classes(such as roadways,tunnels,ore bodies)The mapping mode of the paper proposes an engineering drawing method based on element classification and template mechanism.Various maps of mines are classified and analyzed,and proposing the logi cal framework of the system.Based on VS2013,the engineering drawing system are completed by means of platform and plug-in.The application case of the Fujian Ma Keng Project shows that the system can meet the actual needs in engineering drawing.The research results of this paper solved a difficult problem of engineering drawing in digital mining design,and provided further technical support for digital mining in three-dimensional environment.
