Design And Application Of The Evaluation Index System Of An Enterprise

In recent years,with the rapid development of the global economy and the rapid changes of the market,a new supply chain operation mode,which allows enterprises with different roles in the supply chain to make better use of their core resources and advantages,and jointly create economic benefits,was born.In this new supply chain network,the results and efficiency of each link directly affect the operation level of the entire supply chain network and determine the competitiveness of the entire supply chain.Therefore,for core enterprises,with the changes of supply chain competition and cooperation mode,their selection and evaluation of upstream suppliers have become its focus.Based on the actual operation of an enterprise,this paper deals with its status quo analysis on current supplier evaluation system,classification of existing problems,design of supplier evaluation indicators and application of design assessments,give optimization suggestions and finally gets conclusions.The details can be found below:First,the Situation Analysis of the enterprise was done.Then after the background conditions of the enterprise in terms of its macroeconomic status,social responsibility and strategic goals was investigated,the specific processes of procurement,inspection and transportation were elaborated,and finally the problems of the current assessment system were figured out.Second,based on the proposed problems and current operating conditions,a set of economic and used supplier evaluation system was established using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,which includes determination of index matrix,formation of comment sets,determination of weight coefficient at all levels and fuzzy calculations.The establishment of the system combines quantitative and qualitative analysis,and applies mature scientific and theoretical methods in reality.It is the core chapter of this article.Third,as specified in the fourth chapter,the supplier evaluation system was put into practice,then the division of responsibility of each department and the problems to be paid attention to during the implementation process were specifically designed.Taking a kind of material as an example,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the suppliers of the material,the advantages and disadvantages of the application steps of the evaluation system are illustrated,and the evaluation results are analyzed to discuss the feasibility and advantages of the method in detail.Finally,in chapter 5,historical data were tracked after the application of the system.On the basis of these data,through the application of the evaluation system,the self-improvement and competitive service awareness of the enterprise's suppliers were promoted,and a benign competition mode and a complete evaluation index system were formed.In this way,its choice of suppliers was more in line with the actual needs.By carrying out questionnaires,it was proved that the evaluation system had helped the enterprise scientifically evaluate suppliers,and the problems to be solved in the practical application of the method had also been proposed.
