With the increasing improvement of people’s living standards,the phenomenon of drunk driving is difficult to prohibit,and traffic accidents occur from time to time.Drinking has a great impact on drivers’ reaction ability and related skills such as driving vehicles.And many people still take a chance to continue to drive after drinking,and the safety can not be guaranteed.Therefore,corresponding measures should be taken to contain drunk driving from the root.The traditional contact detection method only check the drivers one by one by making them stop,which is not only inefficient,but also affects the normal traffic.Compared with the traditional detection method,absorption spectroscopy has the advantages of fast response and high sensitivity,so it has been widely used and studied.In this paper,based on the bispectrum fixed wavelength laser detection method,it can detect whether there is alcohol steam in the vehicle when passing through the high-speed toll station,so as to judge whether the driver has drunk driving behavior or not.In order to meet the non-stop and fastness requirements of the laser detection system,through the study of near infrared absorption spectrum of alcohol vapor molecules,this paper develops a dual-wavelength filter film with main wavelength of 1392 nm and reference wavelength of 1550 nm to meet the requirements of alcohol gas detection.According to the optical properties of the material,it selects monocrystalline silicon as the substrate material,Nb2O5 and SiO2 as the high and low refractive index thin film materials respectively.In accordance with the thin film optical system design theory,it proposes a resolution design scheme with high experimental feasibility,designs the bispectral filter film by using Optilayer software,and successfully develops the thin film sample by using vacuum evaporation equipment.It conducts spectral performance and reliability test on the thin film sample,which meets the requirements of practical application.
